Private living area is possibly available for a person (or persons) qualified to help with some or all of the below stated tasks: Grounds maintenance- Mowing grass Planting flowers Maintaining sprinkler system Trimming Trees Clearing leaves with leaf blower Touch up painting of buildings and equipment Pressure washing of buildings and driveways Cleaning and maintenance of pools and spas Building maintenance: Cleaning and organizing kitchens Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms Touch-up the painted areas when necessary Use floor cleaning equipment to clean floors Wash bedding and towels Organize trash for garbage pickup day Many other small, but important, tasks One or a team of two persons needed for consistent work. This person or team must be self-motivated, because I don’t want to use a portion of the wages that I wish to pay this team …to pay a babysitter to watch over them. This person or team must be honest….because I don’t wish to hire a guard to protect all the property and equipment that you will be using (similar to what I stated above).
