Job Description
Facilities Technician Bozard Ford Lincoln – The Most Reviewed Ford Dealer in the Country!! Saint Augustine, FL 32084 We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Facilties Technician. The ideal candidate should be able to lift 50lbs, use basic hand tools, be adaptable to work in changing conditions and challenges. Must be detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises and to be able to work independently after training and maintain a safe and healthy environment. Job Duties includes:
Use of floor scrubber in shop area to clean service bays (training provided) Sweeping and mopping floors Collect cardboard in shops and place in baler HVAC filter replacement Maintenance on all battery operated equipment Remove trash from shops and exterior of campus General cleaning of shop sinks, lifts and walls Collecting used tires and place in tire pick-up area Collection of used oil and fuel filters and place in proper collection containers Landscaping Complete assigned work orders Reporting any potential hazards or damage to supervisor Additional items assigned by the
Facilities Manager and Director Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will subscribe to our positive work environment, be a great team player, have a good personality, positive attitude and great work ethic. Facilities is a 40-hour work week position with some occasional overtime. We require a valid Florida driver’s license at the time of appointment to this position, Knowledge of basic hand tools and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
