Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Open/Close Amenity Center Facility
• Ensure Only Resident Use of Facilities
• Monitor Resident Use of Amenity Center
• Monitor Resident Use of Pool Area
• Monitor Resident Use of Fitness Room
• Monitor Resident Use of Playground
• Ensure Cleanliness of Facilities
• Enforce District Policies
• Issuing Access Cards
• Special Event Support
• Various other responsibilities as maybe required such as light janitorial, maintenance, etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational and communication skills. Prior supervisory experience recommended but not required. This position reports directly to the on-site pool monitor supervisor.
• The coverage is 8 hours per day, 7 days a week so we offer flexible work schedule for part time employment.
