Utility Maintenance Worker Spanish Lakes Communities Fort Pierce, FL 34951 Job Overview Spanish Lakes Utilities/Wynne Building Corporation is seeking a Utilities Maintenance Mechanic/Electrical Technician. Proficient in electric motors, pumps, lift stations, water distribution, sewage collection systems, sprinkler systems and commercial swimming pools is essential. Experience with three-phase power is required.
