Job Description
Maintenance Worker Ocean Properties Vacation Rentals, Inc. New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169 Family owned & Local Real Estate & Vacation Rental Company looking for a full-time experienced Maintenance Person. Ideal candidate is someone who is able to work outside performing minor maintenance work as well as inside work on our vacation rental properties and office building. Position requires self-motivation, responsible and reliable work ethic, pride in workmanship, attention to detail and ability to work well with others as a team player. Position requires lifting up to 50lbs on occasion and being on feet for up to 8 hours a day. Weekends are a must!
MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Light bulb changes Filter changes Lock repairs/changes Install/repair window coverings Caulking Painting Electrical and plumbing Removes and transfers heavy appliances and equipment Must have the ability to select appropriate materials for the property as needed. And assist in the ordering of supplies. Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents, coworkers, property owners, and vendors with respect. Maintain Company office building Assists the Vacation Rentals Manager with other tasks as requested. Computer & Smart Phone Skills a
