Maintenance Worker Position Available In Volusia, Florida

Maintenance Worker Kove Estates 123 Kove Boulevard, Osteen, FL 32764 Maintenance Position Kove Estates, Osteen FL Looking for someone who knows ( or would like to learn) maintenance trades for a local 55+ mobile-home community. This position helps maintain the grounds, facilities and amenities of the HOA. We are willing to train an individual to operate heavy equipment, do light maintenance like plumbing, electrical work, tree trimming, equipment maintenance, along with golf course and greens keeping skills. Starting pay is $18/hr – $20/hr (depending on experience). We are willing to negotiate a higher salary for an experienced worker. The position starts as full-time, 40hrs/week.

Education:

Should have a HS diploma or GED, technical school training is a plus. A criminal background check will be performed for felonies. We currently have 3 long-term employees. We lost our 4th long-term employees due to health issues. We need a new team member. We are a desired employer. We treat our employees with respect and kindness. If interested, submit your resume. Maintaining good working relationships with maintenance staff, board members, and community members.
