Job Description
Weekend Part-time Maintenance/Janitorial Worker 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Daytona Beach, FL 32118 Work 7-3:30 Every Saturday and Sunday. Also will work as needed to cover vacations/sick time throughout the year. General oversight of all common area buildings and outdoor areas. Some knowledge of pool maintenance or pool certification. Inspect/clean common areas and buildings, maintain equipment, paint, perform preventative maintenance, empty trash, clean windows, and other projects as needed, and notify management of issues. Provide strong customer service support for residents/guests at all times. Maintain a high level of vigilance during weekend hours to address any immediate maintenance or janitorial needs. Be able to pass a background check.
