Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Safe work environment Drug and alcohol free workplace Our company is seeking an Operations Assistant to provide hands on support, including loading and unloading trucks for vendors and customers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to work well in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate must have an excellent work history and a willingness to learn new skills. Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean MVR. Repetitive heavy lifting is a requirement of this position. Must be able to work in all elements of the weather.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Operations Manager in daily duties. Assist pulling orders and preparing orders for shipping. Must be able to perform repetitive physical activities, where employee will have to lift more than 50 pounds and regularly bend, reach & walk. Wash panels, equipment, etc. as needed. Assist in maintaining the property in a neat and orderly fashion. Including, but not limited to mowing grass, weed eating, picking up trash, etc. Assist installing livestock panels on various farms. Fill in for absent team members and MUST be able to work in all elements of the weather. Other duties may be assigned, as necessary. Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift more than 50 pounds repetitively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
