Essential Functions:

Janitorial and general cleaning tasks, trash removal Perform janitorial tasks in buildings, campgrounds, shower houses, and restrooms Grounds, Grills & Firepit Cleaning Collect and remove trash Use a backpack or handheld leaf blower Inspect and clean common areas including tables/chairs, benches, pavilions, beach area, etc. Must be able to stand, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and twist repetitively Must be able to stand continuously for long periods Must be able to tolerate climate changes Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies Attention to detail and accuracy Perform additional duties as needed and/or assigned Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, be on feet 6•8 hours a day and lift at least 45 pounds. Must be able to work out in all weather conditions and adjust schedule as needed per supervisor. Must be physically capable to perform the work required. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Schedule:

Day Shift Shift will be from 8:00 a.m.•4:30 p.m. Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Holidays This is a

TEMPORARY

•PART-TIME•SEASONAL 30 hour a week job that will end after the Summer season, early September 2024. Main Complex is in Cartersville, Georgia. Job locations will be surrounding Lake Allatoona in Bartow, Cobb & Cherokee counties. Depending on your work location, A Work Truck will be provided to drive to each work location and return to main location at end of each day.

MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD MUST HAVE A VALID GEORGIA DRIVERS LICENSE
