TO

GET A PASS YOU MUST HAVE

• Clear of Felony record

• typically violent or drug felonies are flagged / denied regardless and you must complete a

WAIVER PACKET

(can take 2weeks to months to process)

• MAINTENANCE / PAINTERS

• Must have your own tools.
• Paint & Maintenance supplies for each unit are provided unless otherwise discussed / agreed upon prior to completing jobs such as Change Orders.

• CLEANERS

• Must have your own cleaning supplies: solutions, cleaning rags, brooms, vacuum, mops, etc.
• MUST have reliable transportation & cell phone capabilities (texting & calling)

• 5PM (Must be available to meet deadlines & inspections during this time period.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintenance /Painting / Cleaning/ performed on military residential housing.
• Full Scope of Work provided in Service Agreement.
• 2, 3, & 4 bedrooms (single & 2-story)
• Completed work must pass inspection based on the Scope of Work.

PAYMENT TERMS

• PAY is based on “Per job basis”.
