As a self-supporting auxiliary, University Housing operates a $59 million budget derived only from student housing fees and other non-state sources. Duties/Responsibilities Assist or perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as AC equipment cleaning and filter changes, drain maintenance and fire extinguisher or emergency light inspections. Percentage of time 20
