Full Job Description Requirements:

You must be 18 years old For safety reasons, basic English proficiency is required A pre-employment criminal background check is required Able to lift up to 30lbs

Responsibilities:

Perform pre- and post-event facility inspections (walls, floors, lighting, A/V equipment, furniture). Set up and break down conference rooms and event spaces according to layouts, including: Lifting, moving, and arranging tables and chairs safely and efficiently. Test and verify functionality of microphones, projectors, screens, and speaker systems. Document and report damages, providing clear photos and written summaries. Perform janitorial tasks to maintain facility cleanliness and readiness of event spaces and throughout the facility as needed or when events are not scheduled.

Skills and Physical Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific room setup instructions. Good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to lift, move, and arrange tables, chairs, and equipment repeatedly. Must be able to push, pull, carry, and position objects throughout event setups and breakdowns. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment (microphones, projectors, speakers)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in facility support, janitorial services, or event setups is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet event setup schedules.
