Swimming Pool Technician Sierra Blue Pools Acworth, GA 30101 Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sierra Blue Pools. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be crucial in ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of swimming pools and related equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to perform maintenance tasks and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on swimming pools, including cleaning, vacuuming, and chemical balancing, to ensure optimal performance and safety. Conduct inspections of pool equipment and identify issues or malfunctions. Respond promptly to customer service requests, address concerns, and provide professional pool maintenance and repairs guidance. Maintain accurate records of service performed, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow, timely task completion, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Safely operate and maintain pool maintenance equipment, tools, and vehicles. Adhere to safety protocols and standards to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment. Occasionally lift heavy equipment and materials weighing 50-75 lbs. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education. Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of swimming pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical treatment. Familiarity with pool cleaning and maintenance equipment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair pool equipment issues. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
