Contractor Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, carpentry, and landscaping. Respond to work orders promptly and professionally. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure properties are in excellent condition. Coordinate with property managers to report and document repairs. Purchase and install necessary materials for repairs within budget guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Access to reliable transportation and basic tools. Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, including some evenings or weekends. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must have liability insurance (or be willing to obtain it).
