General Maintenance Worker Bickerstaff Parham Real Estate Columbus, GA 31904 Reliable skilled maintenance worker that performs minor but essential work orders throughout our properties. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of repairs and cleaning to ensure that our properties are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job. Maintenance Worker Duties and Responsibilities Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, blinds, clogs, ect. Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, filters, batteries, etc Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems
