Facilities Maintenance Worker Blue Ridge Camp 355 Playhouse Dr, Clayton, GA 30525 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through proactive maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be able to work independently while also collaborating with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and recommend solutions. Support residential painting projects as needed, ensuring high-quality finishes. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and satisfaction. Utilize schematics and logic controllers for equipment repairs and installations. Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding less experienced staff during maintenance tasks. Skills Proficiency in facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and some carpentry. Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with clients and staff. Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration within the maintenance department. Experience in residential painting techniques.
