PART TIME OR FULL TIME AVAILABLE JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for performing simple routine maintenance and repairs in areas of plumbing, rough carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, basic welding, and assembly of storage racking systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Performs simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, repairing roofs, and building small wood items. Changes light bulbs, may replace fixtures, and does similar minor electrical tasks. Opens clogged drains, fixes leaks, and performs other simple plumbing jobs. Paints office space and warehouse areas as required. Installs racking systems when needed. Lawn maintenence Maintains tools and maintenance equipment in working order. Follows safety procedures and works in an efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have some experience related to maintenance. Must be able to perform simple tasks independently after receiving instructions.

PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and to paint. Ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform repairs, use ladders, and perform various types of manual labor. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. __________________________________ ____________________________
