You will be responsible for general maintenance duties, and upkeep of both indoor and outdoor spaces. Position requires basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical. Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times. A complete uniform (or business dress for non-uniformed associates) must be worn at all times in public areas, including name tag. Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces, including walkways, parking areas, and guest recreation areas. Handle snow removal, de-icing, and leaf removal as needed. Conduct routine inspections and repairs of buildings, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general facilities upkeep. Perform minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs as required. Maintain cleanliness of interior public areas such as restrooms, lobbies, and meeting spaces. Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the marina, including docks, boat storage areas, and equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all maintenance activities comply with local regulations and resort policies. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
