Maintenance Assistant – Skilled Nursing Facility Center for Advanced Rehab at Parkside 110 Park City Rd, Rossville, GA 30741 The Center for Advanced Rehab at Parkside is currently looking for a Skilled Maintenance Assistant with Nursing home or any Long-Term Care facilities experience to join our team. The primary purpose of the Maintenance Assistant is to assist the Maintenance Department in the day-to-day activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guideline and regulations governing the facility, and as directed by the

Maintenance Director Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose facility issues and make necessary repairs. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure efficient operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns and resolving issues promptly. Supervise and oversee contractors or external service providers when necessary.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a clean background check Proven electrical, plumbing and basic carpentry Strong knowledge and experience in Nursing homes or any medical facilities maintenance. Must have experience working in a long term healthcare setting
