Hotel Maintenance Worker Super 8 by Wyndham 8171 S Main St, Helen, GA 30545 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements to residential properties. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Perform electrical repairs and maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of property. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Familiarity with electrical systems and basic wiring practices is perferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
