We’re looking for a motivated, organized individual to join our team and support our Account Manager in ensuring that client needs are met and field teams are supported. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to grow into a long-term position — no industry-specific experience required, just the right mindset. About the Role As a Account Assistant, you will play a vital role in keeping our landscaping management operations running smoothly. You’ll assist with scheduling and communication. You’ll work closely with supervisors in the field and provide excellent service to our clients through clear, professional communication. Qualifications & Skills Organized and able to manage multiple tasks without letting details slip. Proactive with a strong sense of follow-through. Comfortable communicating with clients via phone and email daily. Excellent at customer service — calm, courteous, and confident when speaking with clients Dependable and consistent — this role requires reliability. Tech-comfortable (you don’t need to know our software — we’ll train you — but you should be confident using computers and learning new systems). A team player who is also capable of working independently as well as working with field supervisors and other team members Flexible and eager to learn — no landscaping experience needed, just the right attitude Bilingual- not necessary but HUGE plus! Knowledge of plants-not necessary but Huge plus!
