Summary of Description:

Responsible for coordinating the office clerical needs. Coordinating with project managers to assure project clerical needs are met within schedule requirements. Duties also include typing of routine letters, purchase requisitions, material requisitions and miscellaneous correspondence. Responsible for answering phone, transferring calls and messages.

Duties:

Office coordination Responsible for answering phones, transferring calls and messages Mail – incoming and outgoing Faxes – incoming and outgoing Routine clerical duties Perform other job-related duties as assigned Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) with at least six (6) years of experience in a clerical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Licensing Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License Specific Skills:

Professional appearance Good oral and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced skills in office related software packages, and computer database understanding and proficiency

Confidentiality Physical Requirements:

Due to being an in-plant position the below referenced job duties have been provided by the client: Maintenance/STORES Manage and approve timekeeping for all Maintenance department Manage and coordinate daily Call out sheets & overtime Setup and Coordinate scheduled overtime with report sent to foreman Manage and track Maintenance vacations Sign to help receive packages for STORES Pull packing slips and look up locations Enter requisitions and change orders for misc. invoicing Approve misc. invoicing for Maintenance tasks Send overtime reports Manage, track and approve Grainger vending machine orders Coordinate with Cintas weekly, approve invoicing, and follow-up with questions Safety/EHS Manage and track all physicals Setup Pre employment physicals with PRIME & Industrial Strength Manage and track Safety Shoe Voucher Program Manage and track Prescription Safety Eyeglass voucher program Setup, track, manage and file Quarterly Random Drug Screens Setup and coordinate RTW with HR, LOA, main gate, PRIME and Industrial Strength for testing
