Lofton Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Tech for Commercial Properties in Baton Rouge, LA! The maintenance tech will assist with general upkeep and maintenance tasks under the direction of the maintence supervisor
- Ensure property is free of hazards and maintained to safety standards
- Perform minor repairs such as: changing lightbulbs or air filters, small plumbing leaks, patching drywall
- Assist with tasks like painting, carpet and landscaping Pay dependant on experience $16-20/hr
Requirements:
- Candidate must have own reliable transportation
- Ability to lift,carry and move objects, as well as bend, stoop, and reach
- Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a maintenance team
- Understanding of math concepts needed to perform basic measurements
