The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks in a residential setting. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facilities-related issues. Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards. Operate welding equipment for necessary repairs or fabrication projects. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and leadership in completing tasks. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all maintenance duties. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Familiarity with logic controllers is preferred but not required. Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership skills when necessary. Experience with welding techniques is a plus. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all work performed.
