This is a part-time position (15-20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. Housing may be available and is negotiable based on experience.
Duties May Include:
General handyman tasks (light plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry) Trash pickup and common area cleanup Lawn care and landscaping Repairing skirting, steps, and fencing Painting and touch-ups Assisting with moving homes in/out or setup Winterizing water lines or checking heat tape Noticing and reporting issues before they become major problems
Ideal Candidate:
