Minimum Qualifications Four years of experience in the building construction trade, building construction, building maintenance, or road or bridge construction or maintenance; OR Completion of a two-year training program in general building construction, construction technology, or engineering plus two years of experience in the building construction trade, building construction, building maintenance, or road or bridge construction or maintenance; OR Twelve semester hours in a construction field or engineering plus two years of experience in the building construction trade, building construction, building maintenance, or road or bridge construction or maintenance. Job Duties and Other Information Prepares facility related information and reports for justifications for all expenditures and manpower. Reviews and evaluates contractors and vendors performance for justification of expenditures and manpower cost at a correctional facility. Exams and License Requirements
