Requirements:

• Experience as a Painter is preferred but not required.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong ability to complete projects on time.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service to our residents.
• A good understanding of general maintenance.
• Driving License (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Handle all services requests from the residents within 24 hours.
• Performs all Make Ready Maintenance, including inspections of fixtures, appliances and plumbing to verify all are in good working order according to make ready checklist.
• Check and repair applicable appliances from apartment.
• Repair or replace ceiling fans and non-carpeted flooring as necessary
• Complete sheetrock and carpentry repairs and paint as necessary.
• Change locks and make keys
• Inspect and repair water irrigation systems.
• Assist Service Technician as needed.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Leadership skills are a plus, as the role may involve guiding less experienced team members. Familiarity with tools such as ohmmeters, logic controllers, and other maintenance equipment is essential. Previous experience in residential painting and fabrication will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service are required.
