The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning optimally. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility. Maintain and troubleshoot logic controllers to ensure operational efficiency. Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Fabricate parts or components as necessary for repairs or improvements. Ability to work well with others and take direction. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they become problems. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Experience in residential painting/construction is desirable. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct as well at take direction when needed. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with all staff members.
