⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Maintenance Foreman (New Orleans) Amann & Associates compensation: $19-$22 per hour employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Maintenance Foreman-Lawn and landscape We are seeking a skilled maintenance supervisor in New Orleans/Jefferson to join our team. Looking for an energetic, hard working crew leader with at least 2 years of lawn maintenance experience. Should have general knowledge of local plant materials, lawn care, and basic horticultural practices. Must be able to lift heavy materials and handle the Louisiana heat. Candidate must be able to run a crew of 1-2 laborers, as well as perform the required manual labor, operate and maintain equipment such as blowers, trimmers, mowers, etc. Must maintain a weekly routing schedule, and document and record materials used on job sites. Monday through Friday 7am-4pm. Starting wage will be $12-$22 (based on experience) for 1st 60 days (probationary period). Wages may increase after candidate proves his abilities. Vacation and sick leave are available after 180 days, MUST have dependable transportation AND a valid driver’s license. Principals only. Recruiters, please don’t contact this job poster.
