Job Description
Maintenance Helper Colt, Inc New Orleans, LA 70127 Colt, Inc. is a scrap tire processor and transporter licensed and permitted by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. We’ve been in the scrap tire business since 1994 and have grown to be one of the largest scrap tire processors in Louisiana. We do our part to promote a greener and cleaner world by collecting and recycling waste tires. We’re passionate about the work we do and reducing the consumption of natural resources. We are searching for a Maintenance Helper to add to our team. The ideal candidate has a good mindset, can work independently, and is willing to assist wherever else they are needed in order to keep production operating smoothly. Someone with lawncare, landscaping, and/or construction experience is preferred.
General Job Requirements:
Performing groundskeeping and building maintenance duties Completing maintenance activities such as painting, repairing windows, replacing carpet, or cleaning up debris from construction sites Carrying out light repair work Inspecting equipment for signs of wear and tear or damage and reporting issues to supervisors Performing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisors
