This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, with the ability to lead projects and manage tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility. Troubleshoot electrical issues, utilizing logic controllers and Ohmmeters to diagnose problems effectively. Read and interpret schematics to understand complex systems and make necessary repairs. Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and leadership during projects. Fabricate parts as needed to ensure equipment functionality and safety. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Document maintenance activities, ensuring accurate records are kept for future reference. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of electrical systems. Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively. Proficiency in using tools such as Ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Experience in HVAC is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
