Position Summary:
Express Employment is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Lawn Care and Grounds Maintenance team. In this role, you will help maintain the appearance and safety of parks, public spaces, roadways, and facilities by performing routine landscaping and lawn care duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Mow grass, trim edges, and maintain landscaping Plant, prune, and water trees, shrubs, and flowers Apply mulch and perform general grounds cleanup Operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and other landscaping equipment Remove trash, debris, and fallen limbs from parks, sidewalks, and public spaces Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow clearing (if applicable) Perform minor equipment maintenance and report repair needs Follow all safety procedures and use proper
PPE Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related work is a plus Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and effectively Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver’s license and
