Monday thru Friday with on-call schedule

Our goal is to help individuals and families achieve personal change and improve their quality of life. Maintenance Staff Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs. Possess knowledge and skills needed to provide maintenance An understanding of confidentiality, boundaries and ethics Maintenance Staff Duties & Responsibilities Sufficient knowledge of chemical handling and the MSDS Manual Knowledge of OSHA safety precautions Compliance with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients and HIPAA Adherence to

policies and procedures Conduct daily facility tours and collect all maintenance requests; Ensure that the facility grounds and amenities are maintained in safe and attractive conditions: ie. Lawn care, parking lot, building entrances, walkways and snow removal Perform minor electric, plumbing, HVAC and building repairs Repair and paint the facility as directed Perform routine preventative maintenance on all maintenance, lawn care, housekeeping and floor care equipment Perform routine preventative maintenance on all refrigeration units and other electrical appliances Maintenance Staff Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Floor Care experience a plus Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
