This role requires a strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service while performing maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Execute mechanical repairs, including troubleshooting and maintaining machinery and equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities per hotel brands standards. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe working environment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management, providing exceptional customer service. Assist in the development of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Skills Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems and equipment. Experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Customer service skills to address inquiries and concerns professionally.
