Maintenance Worker The Cove at Rockport Rockport, MA Are you a hardworking, reliable maintenance technician? We’re looking for you! Compensation:

$20 – $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed Manage other maintenance requests as required Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed Items that we find are often broken, need attention, or basic needs of the property Door hinges squeak Screen holes/rips repaired Pressure washing building/decks Tightening screws in decks, doors, locks, etc Fence repair Toilet issues Replacing grout or caulking Spraying for ants/wasps Grass mowing, weeding, and weed whacking Hanging curtains, mini blinds Understanding our systems, which include mini splits, door locks, etc.

Qualifications:
