Job Description
Property Maintenance Worker Property Management Dracut, MA 01826 Overview We are a property management and construction company located in the Greater Lowell area. The primary purpose of this position is to perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on apartments, homes, and grounds. These tasks include, but are not limited to, turnover of units consisting of sweeping, deep cleaning of stoves, refrigerators, and bathrooms, ripping up carpets, painting, loading and removing heavy objects such as ranges and refrigerators. Winter you will be responsible for snow removal from various locations (may need to change hours for early shoveling). Outside maintenance may include pruning shrubs and trees, weeding, lifting heavy objects, etc. Knowledge and use of tools or equipment will be required, such as lawnmowers, snow blowers, wet/dry vac, drills, toilet augers, plungers, etc. Basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting is required as well as good verbal communication with tenants and staff. This job varies greatly day to day. Must be willing to adjust accordingly daily.
