What Youll Do:
- Perform general property maintenance and landscaping tasks (mowing, trimming, raking, yard clean-up
- Identify and address debris, overgrowth, and potential safety hazards
- Use hand and power tools such as rakes, trimmers, leaf blowers, and pressure washers
- Assist with proper disposal and recycling of materials
- Work safely around water environments, often using a buoyant wet suit and tie-off gear
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
