SEASONAL FULL TIME CONTRACT HELP NEEDED
Facilities Management Department Three Positions Available Immediately (up to a 6 months contract) South Portland Campus Primary duties include raking and mowing lawns, general maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds. These duties will require the use of hand tools and small power tools. Additional duties may also include general custodial services and providing assistance to Facilities Maintenance Specialists and Central Services staff. Available Immediately, Up to 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm, $18.00 per hour, no benefits. Must be at least 16 years old and preferably have a valid insurable Maine driver’s license. General grounds and maintenance experience and ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted is required. Criminal background check and motor vehicle record check will be run.
