Outdoor Maintenance Position Available In Hancock, Maine

Outdoor Maintenance Confidential Mount Desert Island, ME Year-round Full Time 40 hours/week plus benefits. 7:00am

• 3:30pm, Monday
• Friday. Responsibilities
• Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of the property (grounds and buildings)
• Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming trees, bush hog fields, chainsaw, cleaning up blowdowns
• Launch, clean and fuel boats
• Spring and Fall start up and shut down of homes on Island
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or management
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Skills :

• Experience in landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree trimming, and garden upkeep
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for various maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of basic mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot issues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Additional trade skills a plus, but not required
• Carpentry, plumbing, automotive repair, diesel repair, electrical, etc.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
