- $2,400 per month Benson Bright Preservation is hiring individuals to do yard maintenance at 16 vacant homes throughout Wisconsin.
To see a map of the properties, see the image attached to this ad or click this link: The properties are maintained twice a month, and each maintenance visit pays a minimum of $75. Duties include lawn mowing, weed whacking, and lawn edging. Equipment needed is a riding or zero-turn lawnmower, gas-powered weedeater, and blower or broom. You must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed.
Compensation example:
- 8 yards per day = $600 per day
- 2 days per week = $1,200 per week
- 2 weeks per month = $2,400 per month, part-time Payment for work performed is sent weekly by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.
