Maintenance Property Management Services of Maine Old Orchard Beach, ME Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and customer service, with the ability to read schematics and utilize various tools effectively. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Fabricate and repair components as needed, utilizing various tools and techniques. Troubleshoot electrical systems, including logic controllers, to identify and resolve issues. Utilize an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical problems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally. Assist with residential painting projects as required. Lead small teams on specific maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a focus on electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively. Strong fabrication skills with hands-on experience using various tools. Leadership qualities to manage small teams during maintenance projects. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.
