Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: inspecting issues reported by tenants, repairing any issues needed, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential problems and address them promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary for larger maintenance projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge in maintenance field and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred.
