Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our team. This position is critical to preparing residential and commercial rental units for new tenants through the cleaning of units and reporting last-minute maintenance or furnishing concerns to the rental office. This position offers flexible hours and shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction and furnished space cleaning and will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, whether working individually or in a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed cleanings of residential or commercial rental units, furnished and unfurnished. Remove grease, soap scum, or other residues from surfaces throughout rental units. Clean and maintain high standards of hygiene and organization in common areas of rental units. Maintain a clean and organized inventory in company storage and provided vehicles. Communicate effectively with management, members of the Turn Team, and/or other cleaners about concerns discovered in the course of preparing a unit. Communicate with a supervisor about materials required to prepare a unit if the provided supplies are insufficient. Communicate professionally with tenants as required in the case of emergency cleanings for new tenancy. Depending on the nature of the work performed, the incumbent may be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a face mask or gloves. Keep accurate time and detailed records of work performed at each location through the use of a service-tracking application (Service Fusion) installed on a mobile device. Perform other duties as assigned. A valid driver’s license which will allow the legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

A valid driver’s license and corporate-insurable driving record. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Able to work independently or as part of a small team. Able to prioritize tasks and multitask as necessary. Able to work shifts as scheduled by management. This position will require the ability to repeatedly enter and exit a vehicle multiple times a day; several extended periods of walking or standing; multiple instances of climbing or descending stairs of varying styles, heights, widths, and pitches; and repeated bending, kneeling, crouching, stretching, and reaching.
