Facility Maintenance Worker 1.8 1.8 out of 5 stars 210 Franks Lane, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701 Job Summary The Maintenance Person is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities and equipment. This role involves performing various maintenance tasks, completing in-house inspections to ensure State Compliance, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent service to ensure a safe and functional environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Be comfortable working and collaborating with outside Inspectors to ensure the Community is always within State Compliance. This individual will need to have experience in basic maintenance, have exceptional communication skills, proficient in reading and interpreting and take pride and ownership in their work. This is a Lead Position so on-call will be expected when issues/concerns or crisis arise. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all maintenance activities.
