Hotel Maintenance Worker 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 1840 North Church Road, Liberty, MO 64068 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This position is the following hours 3pm to 11pm Thursday and Friday and from 10am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday, hours can be 10am to 10 pm on the weekends if you want more hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities through regular maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various maintenance duties while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe environment. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal functionality. Conduct repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units as needed. Fabricate and weld components for repairs or modifications to equipment and structures. Maintain and troubleshoot logic controllers to ensure proper operation of machinery. Oversee residential painting projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks effectively to meet operational needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Document maintenance activities and report any issues that require further attention. Requirements Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and customers or the ability to use translator app. Strong background in electrical systems, facilities maintenance, and general repair work. Experience in welding and fabrication is highly desirable. Ability to supervise a team while fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ensuring a positive interaction with clients.
