Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Lot Maintenance worker. The primary responsibilities of this position include maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lot, ensuring that all vehicles are parked in designated areas, and performing routine maintenance tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep the lot clean and organized Ensure all vehicles are parked properly Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as sweeping and trash removal Assist customers with parking and directions as needed Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in maintenance or landscaping preferred Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license Some Saturdays will be required, occasional overtime should be expected.
