This person will assist our Maintenance Engineer on daily work orders around the hotel, maintain the indoor pool/hot tub and be an ideal candidate to adept at performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal functionality. Outside grounds upkeep Daily checks with hotel pool/hot tub, equipment/rooms Daily maintenance tickets from guest rooms/public space Work with logic controllers to maintain automated systems within the facility. Supervise maintenance projects as needed, ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance-related inquiries from staff, guest and management. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Experience Pool certified or willing to learn how to read chemicals and safety of indoor pool levels and heath dept regulations Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Experience supervising maintenance tasks or teams is a plus.
