Wash Bay Attendant 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 46623 County Road 523, Itta Bena, MS 38941 The Wash Bay Attendant is responsible for the washing of company trucks, outside vehicles, and keeping the Maintenance Garage work area, Wash Bay, Travel Center, and grounds in clean and orderly condition and performing light maintenance by performing the following duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following : Provide washing services to company and outside customer’s equipment as needed, applying the correct chemicals and cleaners. Maintain the wash bay equipment in good mechanical working order. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and cleans garage, wash bay area, travel center and grounds. Applies floor drier as needed for spilled oil and other chemicals. Assists mechanic in preventative maintenance, light repairs, tire changes, and other duties as directed. Maintains Maintenance building, performing minor and routine painting, and other related maintenance activities Degreases and cleans various machinery and equipment. Arranges boxes, materials, parts and/or other equipment in neat and orderly manner. Pick up/delver parts as needed. Clean and maintain company owned passenger vehicles. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
