Job Description:

|| || || || || || || We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team in || Conway, SC. This role is responsible for painting, maintaining, and || repairing building interiors and exteriors, including walls, doors, || and other structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong || background in painting techniques and general maintenance tasks. || || || || || || ||

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary ||
• Apply paint, varnishes, and stains to various surfaces ||
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities are in || good condition ||
• Assist with general upkeep, including minor electrical, plumbing, || and carpentry tasks || || || ||

Requirements:

• Proven experience in painting and general maintenance work ||
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team ||
• Must pass a drug test and background check ||
