This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, solve problems efficiently, and ensure all work is completed to a high standard. Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment. Hot tub experience is a plus Conduct routine inspections to identify issues requiring attention. Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical tasks. Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner. Collaborate with other team members or contractors as necessary to complete projects. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs. Experience Proven experience as a general maintenance worker or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and repair techniques. Basic knowledge of electrical plumbing and HVAC preferred but not required. Outdoor skills to include landscaping / trimming service. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A “Jack of all trades” Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
